“TO BE WITH THE ONE YOU LOVE”
Is an exciting contest being held in the build up before and during the Our Last Symposium. Contestants are asked to respond in 1000 words or less to the prompt, “If the world was ending who would you be with and why? What would you do to get to them?” If you believe it will be so. It could be you. You could be the one to win the one-way airline ticket anywhere in the continental United States. You could be the one being with the one you love.
NOTE: All entries become property of Matt Kalasky. Results of this contest will be determined by an anonymous judge. The content of the winning entry will become source material for a short play written and preformed publicly on Friday, April 15th, 2011 as part of the Our Last Symposium (Temple Gallery, 2001 N. 13 St. Philadelphia, PA, 4/13/11-4/16/11) Names and places of the winning entry will NOT be changed in the production of this play unless otherwise specified. The winning entry will not be announced until this performance (5:00PM EST 4/15/11) The winning airline flight prize will be scheduled for early summer 2011. Participation in this project stipulates agreement and understanding of the above terms and conditions.
